I love living here but the rent keeps going up quite a bit each year. I am nearing retirement and a couple of years which concerns me greatly about the rent since I will be on a fixed budget.

I have no complaints with the service received. I must say that the process was great and I am so thankful for the excellent support that I received from Alexis Johnson. She was very helpful from the beginning of the process to the end. I have no complaints.

I love my apartment and enjoy the location. The staff is first rate. Anytime I have needed anything done in the apartment they have handled it immedistely.

The property management team has been very customer oriented. They’re professional, listen well, are friendly, have a good sense of humor and I think liked my “Happy Birthday” rendition. There were a few minor issues that I noted at my brief walk through and during my first weekend. They are addressing them. The Manager in charge gave up her undercover parking spot for me since my pickup truck was too large for the spots that they initially gave me. Thank you again.
