Been all over Chesapeake and Va Beach looking for a place and this is the only one that made me the warm and fuzzy. The ladies in the office were extremely patient with my indecisiveness when it came to choosing an apartment. I’m extremely happy with my selection and excited for this new chapter.
Everyone in the office was helpful and polite. We lived here for three years and always felt welcomed and safe. The apartments are spacious and look nice. Every time I requested maintenance, the team worked on time. The maintenance group was always respectful. I highly recommend this community if you’re moving to the area of Chesapeake City.
After living here for two years I can say that this complex has really spiraled downhill. Rent kept going up while no improvements were made. If you live on the 3rd floor your apartment will be scorching hot in the summer due to inadequate HVAC. People don’t pick up after their dogs. Trash is constantly overflowing the dumpsters. When you vacate the apartment they will wait until 45 days after you leave and then charge you for a whole new carpet. Avoid this complex and find somewhere better.
If you are looking for an apartment complex with amenities, great view, timely maintenance service, friendly- professional staff and spacious rooms, then look no further. You will be glad you chose these clean and moderate apartments. In addition, ample parking and a friendly neighborhood awaits you. The rental amounts are consistent with the yearly published FMRs so you will never be overcharged or cheated.
