Once again I want to thank the ladies in the office and maintenance. I put in work order for .minor repairs due to normal wear and tear over time. My request are handled immediately. Once again thank you not only responding quickly to my concerns but entering my apartment with care for me and my family. I day thank you for always going beyond for something extra that may pop up. The maintenance guy always says its no problem 😊.

Belmont At York is a nice and quiet place to live. Centrally located between cities for your shopping ease and pleasure. Great diversity in tenants and respect is given daily among tenants and the office staff. Safe for kids, pets, and families of all types. Tenants must mind their pets at all times and pick up their waste. Much appreciated rules of engagements for all tenants to have superior quality of life. I’ve lived here since March 2023 and I’m very satisfied. The amenities are very good and the apartment is great. View of the lake and surrounding grounds from my balcony is ethereal. From a maintenance perspective, management is extremely prompt. Whether it’s a dripping faucet or the AC settings need to be tweaked, they’re there the next day or sooner and everything has been resolved satisfactorily. Definitely will recommend anyone looking for an apartment that is a reasonable price and you definitely get more than you pay for to look no further than Belmont. This place is very nice and reasonably priced and the office staff is so pleasant and makes your moving experience less stressful than it need be. I give them five stars most definitely!!!

I am not a resident as of yet, but i viewed the apartments at the end of October whilst i was visiting family from England and me and my daughter were amazed by the place. We were shown round by Erica and she was amazing so helpful and friendly as were the other staff we saw. The apartment was amazing and can wait to call it my home.
