I had an excellent experience moving into Clairmont at Brier Creek. My leasing agent was very knowledgeable and helpful during my move-in transition and made me feel at home. It has been an amazing experience!

Clairmont at Brier Creek recently hosted a New Year's toast event. It was fantastic! There was food, fellowship, karaoke, and give-a-ways! Sharonette Smart made everyone feel welcome and did a wonderful job spreading cheer to all who attended. It was the motivation I needed to work on some of my new year intentions. In fact, I bought some cider and had a New Year's toast with my team at the office to continue with the momentum. I enjoy living here and the opportunities to meet some of my neighbors.

I have to continue to give five stars to Harold for coming over and fixing my lights. He always makes himself available to us whenever we need him. Also, I would like to thank Sharonette Smart, and the staff that assisted her, Deanna Adams, Harry Hoagan, Brenda Paz, Francis Boiling. Clairmont at Brier Creek has monthly resident activities. Recent was a New Year’s celebration. There was a delicious food, desserts, and a toast to kick off 2026. There was also music, karaoke, and a raffle. It was a great time, and a great way to meet the neighbors!

Well what canI sayI am finallyhome it started with the beautiful leasing agent name Sharonette. She was the first person that I met that showed joy with what she is doing. She took time to get me what I needed & I would like to thank her. Also meeting the manager who also lives there was a plus. All the ladies and other staff are great. Large roomy apartments with a homey feel I am happy. And my grandson loves the amenities too. Great location.
