I came home at 8 last night to a wet kitchen floor. . The kitchen sink was leaking . I called Maintenance and Francis said she would be over after she finished up a repair job first. At 10 she was inside the sink cabinet laying on wet towels. She said she had to go back to the shop to get the part. Then she crawled back in the cabinet with a "broken wrench" and changed the leaking part. thank you Francis!! Cathy

I've been living here for eight years and loving it here. Everyone here is so nice, and they are always thinking of doing something for the tenants to get us all together. I always see happy faces when we get together. I look forward to the future years we will share.

My husband and I moved here in October last year. From the beginning on we only had the best experiences with maintenance requests. Over the last two weekends we had two problems, one was the smoke detector (went on at 6am on a Saturday, we were able to turn it off but it kept going on a few more times), the other one was our AC. The smoke detectors were replaced immediately. Also the problem with Our AC was fixed very quickly within a few hours. Clairmont at Brier Creek recently hosted a New Year's toast event. It was fantastic! There was food, fellowship, karaoke, and give-a-ways! Sharonette Smart made everyone feel welcome and did a wonderful job spreading cheer to all who attended. It was the motivation I needed to work on some of my new year intentions. In fact, I bought some cider and had a New Year's toast with my team at the office to continue with the momentum. I enjoy living here and the opportunities to meet some of my neighbors.

I have to continue to give five stars to Harold for coming over and fixing my lights. He always makes himself available to us whenever we need him.
