The worst company I ever rented from in my life. I lived there for 2 years. The first year was ok I got my motorcycle stolen from there with it being a gated community which was very odd. And they didn’t do anything about it. Magically the cameras and gated was glitching and they forced me to just file it on my insurance with no help. When I stepped in to the office the energy from the staff was wonderful. Application process online was quick efficient. Had a great special for the month so move in was easy. The large two bed room is spacious and cozy. Sounds like a dream come true. Welp that came crashing down when I was greeted by Mr. Roach 🪳 crawling on the walls. I advised maintenance and nothing was done about it at all. They could have left roach traps or something. They need to consider bringing in professionals instead of maintenance. We have been here for 3 years it’s a great location. Easy access to 40 and near a lot of entertainment and shopping. Beautiful apartments. The pool the clubhouse just everything about it is great.

I subleted a room in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor for a year. The room was guest room was decently sized and I liked that I had my own bathroom, though I had to exit my bedroom to get to it. The apartment itself was nothing special. Appliances are not so new nor energy efficient. The worst part of living here was the huge cockroaches that came through the apartment. Nothing the staff did really curbed the infestation. An absolutely positive experience with Frank (maintenance). He's very kind, responsive, and professional. He's very skillful when performing repairs, and always gives exceptional customer service. Also, unlike the other maintenance staff, he listens & pays attention to instruction. When you ask to be contacted prior to entering your home, he does just that.
