Love how my original review is gone! So here's a new one. Similar to many others, do not expect any communication. Know that your money is all they want. My HVAC is 42 years old. This apartment has never been remodeled in its life. They have the nerve to raise rent every year but don't do anything for the residents that'll make the increase worth it. When I had a roof leak thanks to Hurricane Ian, the maintenance supervisor said he wouldn't be calling a contractor because the rain was "slanted" and that's why my ceiling was ... read more
My original comment is no longer here. There’s so much I could say but PLEASE do not expect your apartment to look like the model which is the office. Everything is outdated. I felt unsafe and the carpets were never replaced. They have a lot with them. Please beware and don’t sign your lease until you view the place!
Not a resident but couldn’t get in contact with the leasing office and made it impossible for someone i know who was living there to get mail box key.
I love it here. It is clean and quite. The Manager is wonderful. She always asks how you are doing. She also asks about the apartment to make sure all is well there, because with work you sometimes forget to report a problem if there is one. The rooms are large. I love the closets and the washer and dryer. The other people are friendly as well. The maintenance department is wonderful also. Kirk and I lived there from 1993 to 1995..we were a navy family from Dallas,TX. We loved our new home and the manager Mrs. Marcie Denton was the best manager I have ever had. Very friendly and compassionate. I love her dearly. Keep up the good work The Lakewood Gardens Family.
